Just one last comment........Most of their teachings are "TRUE". They are misled in some areas as all are. So they are NOTset-apart from mainstream Christianity. All faiths believe they are the "true" faith and "true" church. Only The Kingdom of GOD is the TRUE CHURCH. No others are nor ever will be.
Bite me is not a literal thing Mrs. Jones. kissy poo to you too lol.......xoxo

Son of man
Jehovah's Witnesses face strict sanction, and even expulsion, for the simple matter of disagreeing with the GB. You are mistaken, JW's are a cult.

Christianity is not outside of conventional society. How many faiths believe in speaking in tongues, faith healing, so oon so forth. Do not those TV evangelists say they could pray for you and you will be healed? They do not venerate the governing body, this have never been the case. The governing body give all attrention to GOD and to Jesuc Christ. They are as extreme as the bible teaches however with misunderstandings without a doubt. This does not classify them as a cult.

Yep, I believe the bOrg is a cult and the rank and file are misled.
we got a call a couple of days ago from this older brother in the hall.
he is a great guy who is in his eighties.
he has a very hard time walking and just getting around because of old age but he is the kindest man.
I know a man that had the same love for GOD and was waiting on his retirement to go into full-time ministry. This man is very loving and does it not for the organization but for GOD. Tell me when you all left the W.T.S. what path did you choose? Did you go back to being a part of this world or did you remain faithful to GOD? Once you leave this organization which one do you choose to attend? I have been asked this many times and I just say, I have no idea. This is because they were so close to what GOD required that no other religions compared. Let me think, hmmmm, catholics nope, muslims nope, mormons nope, and the list goes on.......therefore it is best to continue being faithful to GOD and worship in spirit and truth. Ask the man if he is happy. If he is then leave him be. Pretty simple I think.
